Privacy Policy

Prism Order (the “Service”) helps Shopee and Lazada sellers manage orders, inventory and settlements for stores in several countries in one place. This policy explains what information the Service handles.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, name and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.
Marketplace information. When you connect a Shopee or Lazada store, we receive and store the following, within the scope you approve:
- Store name, country and store ID
- Connection tokens issued by the marketplace, meaning access and refresh tokens
- Products, stock levels and prices
- Orders, including order numbers, items, amounts, shipping status, settlements and returns
- Buyer information supplied by the marketplace: buyer username, recipient name, delivery address and phone number, as needed for shipping and waybills
Information you enter. Organization name, invited teammates’ emails, costs and SKU details, exchange rates, Telegram bot token and chat ID, and your Shopee and Lazada app keys.
Information created automatically. Sign-in session cookies, sync and error logs, and a browser notification subscription if you turn on web push. To improve the Service we also use Google Analytics, which records which screens are visited, the browser and device type, and an approximate region. We do not send order numbers, SKUs, search text or store data to it.
2. How we use it
- Sign-in and per-organization access control
- Collecting and showing orders, stock, settlements and shipping data
- Carrying out actions you request, such as pushing stock to Shopee and Lazada
- Sending Telegram and push notifications
- Keeping the Service reliable and fixing errors
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
3. Separation between organizations
All stores, orders, inventory and settings are stored and queried per organization. Members of another organization cannot see your organization’s data. Inside an organization, owners and admins can limit which stores each teammate can see.
4. Who else receives information
We use the following services only as needed to run the Service.

We do not share information with anyone else except where the law requires it.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep information while you use the Service. To close an organization, contact us below. After we confirm the request, we delete the organization’s connection tokens, orders, inventory and settings. Information we must keep by law is kept for that period and then deleted.
You can disconnect a store at any time in the Shopee or Lazada seller center. After that the Service stops pulling data for that store.
6. Security
- All connections use HTTPS
- Sign-in sessions use signed cookies
- Marketplace tokens and API keys can be set only by owners and admins, and their values are hidden from staff accounts
- Every request is checked against the caller’s organization, and requests that point at another organization’s orders, stores or products are refused
No system is perfectly secure, but we keep reviewing it.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your information. Buyer information comes from the marketplace through the seller, so please send buyer requests to the seller first.
8. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, cookies that protect sign-in, and Google Analytics cookies for usage statistics. We do not use advertising cookies or ad personalization. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, the statistics cookie is not stored either. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the effective date and announce significant changes in the Service.
