Register API Keys in Prism Order

Registering the credentials issued by Shopee into Prism Order activates store integration and real-time order synchronization. Once registered, these credentials apply automatically to all connected country stores.

Entering Keys in the Onboarding Wizard

Navigate to the Onboarding Wizard on the Prism Order dashboard, or go to Settings → API Keys under the Register Shopee API Keys section.

1. Partner ID: Enter the live Partner ID found on your Shopee Open Platform app details page.
2. Partner Key: Click the view icon to reveal and copy your live Partner Key from the Shopee app details page, then paste it here.
3. Live Push Partner Key: Enter the Live Push Partner Key copied from your Shopee Push Mechanism settings.
4. Click the Save Keys button.

Security Notice

Saved Partner Keys and Push Partner Keys are securely encrypted; only the last four digits are displayed for verification. You can replace or update them at any time by entering new values.

Once your keys are saved, the next onboarding card—Connect Cross-Border Shopee Country Stores—will unlock. You can now link your active Singapore, Malaysia, and other regional stores.
