Terms of Service
Effective date: October 24, 2026
These terms set the conditions for using Prism Order (the “Service”). By signing in you agree to them.
1. The Service
The Service gathers order, inventory, shipping and settlement information from your Shopee and Lazada stores and carries out the actions you request. It is not operated or endorsed by Shopee or Lazada.
2. Accounts and organizations
- You sign in with Google, and your first sign-in creates your own organization
- An organization’s owners and admins can invite teammates and set their permissions
- Everything done in an account or organization is that organization’s responsibility, so please keep your sign-in secure
3. Connecting stores
- You connect a store by approving it yourself in the Shopee or Lazada screen. The Service reads data and acts only within what you approve
- You must use your own Shopee and Lazada app keys and follow each marketplace’s developer terms and policies
- You can disconnect a store at any time in its seller center
4. Your responsibilities
You may not:
- try to reach another organization’s data
- overload the Service or its servers, or bypass its security
- use the Service in a way that breaks the law or a marketplace’s policies
- resell the Service or give others access without permission
Buyer information may be used only to ship and process orders.
5. Data
You keep the rights to the data you enter and connect. The Service processes it only as needed to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Important data also remains at its source, such as the seller center, so please check there as well.
6. Limits of automation
The Service works from information the marketplaces provide, so outages, delays, policy changes or expired connections can make orders, stock and settlement figures differ from reality. Numbers shown as estimates, such as profit and expected payout, are for reference. If the marketplace confirms a different value, the marketplace’s value is the one that counts. Please check the result of important actions such as stock pushes and waybill processing.
7. Fees
Fees are as shown on the billing screen in the Service. If we change fees or what is free, we will tell you before the change applies.
8. Changes and interruptions
We may add, change or remove features, and we will try to give notice of important changes. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or an outage. We may restrict an account that seriously breaches these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including marketplace outages, your own configuration mistakes or lost profit. This does not cover loss caused by the operator’s intent or gross negligence.
10. Ending use
You can stop using the Service at any time. To delete an organization, contact us below. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the effective date and announce it in the Service. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the changed terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
